As a Certified Instructor in Exercise Prescription for pre- and post-natal clients and a Member of the Guild of Pregnancy/Post Natal Exercise Instructors, I am qualified to exercise with you and design you a programme in line with your current activity levels aimed to achieve you own wellbeing and fitness goals that fit in with your busy role as a mum.
