Resistance Training in Water

In the water our body's buoyancy reduces stress on our hips, knees and spine whilst building strength.

Client example 'Client D' and I went 'water walking' giving them good exercise, building stronger muscle around the joints, and this continued to significantly reduce the swelling and pain in their hands whilst giving them a good workout at the same time.
