I am a Personal Fitness Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist based in Hertford, Hertfordshire and able to support you at the gym, home, local park or on a run...

I am passionate about helping others to reap the benefits of a healthier and fitter lifestyle. I offer:

I provide a confidential detailed lifestyle consultation which takes approximately one hour. This covers your current health, lifestyle and nutrition conditions and will give you the opportunity of identifying Your Fitness And Lifestyle Goals. This will provide me with information to design a specific training and nutrition programme tailored to you and your goals.

Before and After

This is me now.....before and after my own personal training experience. My experience inspired me to change my lifestyle and train as a personal trainer. By pursuing a fitter, healthier lifestyle I was able to keep my stress levels down to a minimum, loose 20kg and get fit enough to complete the London Marathon 2011.
